Welcome to the 2024 Teater's Knoll Tour registration site.
Tickets include a tour of Teater's Knoll artist studio and home, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright for the painter Archie Boyd Teater. Owner Henry Whiting will greet each tour, after which you will have time to enjoy the studio, the grounds, the Bunkhouse, and the Japanese-style garden. Event check-in will be at the Hagerman Valley Historical Society Museum, 111 Hagerman Avenue West, in the town of Hagerman. Transportation to and from Teater's Knoll will be provided by bus from the Museum. There is no parking or access available directly at Teater's Knoll. This year the Teater's Knoll Tour will be held on Frank Lloyd Wright's birthday. He was born on June 8, 1867.

Hagerman Valley Historical Society Members must be current with 2024 dues. This event is a fundraiser for the museum in Hagerman. Please consider joining as a member or make a donation to help this effort. To join as a member sign up on our separate online membership page HERE. You are also welcome to sign up as a member when you check in for your tour on June 8th. Ticket refunds are available up until one week before the event. After June 1, 2024 refunds are not available.
On the evening of June 7th (the day before the Teater Tour): HVHS will open the exhibit Archie Boyd Teater - A Life of Paintings. This is a curated show of Archie Teater paintings will provide a broad survey of Teater's painting style and subjects across the 50+ years of his painting career. Curator Kristin Poole will provide a walkthrough commentary on the show. The show will be in the small art gallery located inside the Hagerman Museum. Please consider coming a day early to learn about Archie Teater and attend this unique art exhibit. This show, as well as the other museum exhibits will be available for your perusal on June 8th.
